Savor Sea Pines, an eclectic epicurean festival fast becoming a foodie favorite in the Lowcountry,

brings some of the area’s finest chefs together in February for a month-long celebration of food, wine and spirits. Held in The Sea Pines Resort’s most beautiful venues, the acclaimed festival will include fabulous dinners, tastings, oyster roasts, demonstrations and jazz supper club nights.

Rum 101 Dinner
6:30-8:30pm

 

Our kick-off event of Savor Sea Pines 2022 is here! Join us in the stunning Atlantic Room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean for a Rum 101 Dinner featuring Sea Pines Resort Chef de Cuisine, Aaron Cox. Discover the taste of unique rums paired with a multi-course dinner featuring, Rum Glazed Tuna Poke, Conch White Corn Chowder and Braised Short Rib. Chef Aaron has recently stepped into the role of Chef de Cuisine at Coast, Oceanfront Dining and specializes in unique menus with a light approach to bold flavors created naturally by using fresh, local and sustainable ingredients. Reservations are required as space is limited. Tickets are $100 including tax and gratuity.

Around the World Sampling
1-4pm

 

Join us in the beautiful Champions Ballroom located inside the Harbour Town Clubhouse for our Around the World Sampling Showcase. We’ve pulled beers, wines, and liquors from around the world for an international wine tasting with offerings to please every taste and palate. An experienced wine representative will be on hand to provide tasting notes and answer questions about the featured wines. Tickets are $30, including gratuity, taxes, and fees. Make Reservations

Brunch in Paris at Links, an American Grill
7am-3pm

The chefs at Links, an American Grill are making their classic Sunday brunch extra special with made-to-order crepes with your choice of fresh toppings. Links also will be serving its classic brunch menu featuring an array of breakfast favorites along with salads, sandwiches and soups, signature cocktails and unlimited Bloody Mary’s and mimosas. Mixology Monday
featuring Billy Watterson, co-found of Burnt Church Distillery
6-8pm

Join us for a mixology class hosted by Burnt Church Distillery, a local distillery in Bluffton, SC. Billy Watterson, a co-founder of Burnt Church, will host this class in the beautiful Atlantic Room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean at the Sea Pines Beach Club. Sea Pines Resort Chef de Cuisine, Sam Woodfill, will prepare appetizers to pair during the evening.

Jazz Supper Club "Sinatra Night"
6:30-8:30pm

Fine food, fine drinks and Frank Sinatra make for an extraordinary night in the elegant Ocean Lounge at the Sea Pines Beach Club. We bring the three together with a multi-course gourmet dinner prepared by The Sea Pines Resort’s Chef, Sam Woodfill, and classic Frank Sinatra music performed by Bill Peterson. Tickets are $100, including gratuity, taxes, and fees.

Klinker Brick Wine Dinner
6:30-8:30pm 

Links, an American Grill invites you to join us February 11th in the Heritage Room inside the Harbour Town Clubhouse for an elegant and educational evening of fine wine and dinner featuring Klinker Brick Winery. The event includes a special presentation by a Klinker Brick Winery representative. Links, an American Grill Chef de Cuisine Sean Carroll will prepare a distinctive five-course menu that is paired perfectly with wines from Silver Oak. Klinker Brick believes that great wine starts with a particular climate and soil which has been found in Lodi, California. The use of Sandy Loam soil paired with warm days and cooler nights of the region create the perfect environment to create Zinfandel, Cabernet and Syrah. Tickets are $99 per person, including tax and gratuity.

Oyster roasts are celebrations of community and the bounty of the sea - two of South Carolina's most enduring traits. Coast, Oceanfront Dining at The Sea Pines Resort is hosting this popular seasonal event with a special menu of fresh, local, and roast-on-site oysters from Maggioni Oyster Company on St. Helena Island. The price is $24.99 per bucket. Completing the coastal culinary feast: Peel-and-eat shrimp, $12 for a half pound or $23 for a pound. 

Drink specials include beers by Island Brands USA and oyster shooters made with Ketel One Botanicals vodka. Live music by local artist Mark Husbands.

Build Your Own Bloody Mary Brunch

Under the direction of Chef Sean Carroll, the culinary staff at The Sea Pines Resort's Links, an American Grill will be preparing a decadent brunch you won't soon forget. Each of our brunch menu items will pair perfectly with our featured build-your-own Bloody Mary, for a spectacular Sunday brunch. Guests will be able to choose from an array of garnishes and spirits.

Join us this Super Bowl Sunday at Fraser’s Tavern! Mark your calendar for February 13th and come out for our TVs, dartboards and floor-to-ceiling windows that provide breathtaking 270-degree views. Enjoy our game day specials to fuel up while you cheer on your favorite team. Beer specials and cocktail specials sponsored by Barcardi USA will be on the menu. Chefs Michael Pfeiffer and Ryan Moore will have the smoker going all day for your choice of BBQ pulled pork, brisket and ribs. Come out to Fraser's Tavern for our Takeover Tuesdays! Every 3rd Tuesday of the month we invite you to come out from 5pm- 8pm for a special craft brewery takeover. A one-of-a-kind dinner for all bourbon aficionados will be February 24th, 2022 in the elegant Champions Ballroom of the Harbour Town Clubhouse. Enjoy a special dinner featuring tastings of each of the five Woodford Reserve Sea Pines Resort paired with unique dishes from Sea Pines Resort chefs: Merritt Fay, Ryan Moore, Aaron Cox, Sam Woodfill and Ryan Alpaugh. Each single barrel batch is a hand-crafted straight Kentucky bourbon exclusively created for The Sea Pines Resort and boasts a unique flavor profile that combines three single barrel selections handpicked specifically for The Sea Pines Resort.

The event includes a special presentation by a representative of the vineyard. Links, an American Grill Chef de Cuisine Sean Carroll will prepare a distinctive five-course menu that will pair perfectly with wines from Pahlmeyer. Wines will also be available for purchase. Tickets are $199 per person, including tax and gratuity.

A Night in Louisiana
featuring Chef Joe Truex of Pursell Farms 

In celebration of Mardi Gras, Louisiana native Chef Joe Truex will create a special multi-course menu of iconic New Orleans dishes. Recently named executive chef of the 3,200-acre Pursell Farms resort in Alabama, Truex was catapulted to the national culinary stage when he opened the highly acclaimed Repast Restaurant in Atlanta. Guests will enjoy samplings and mixed cocktails of Captain Morgan paired with each course. Tickets are $125 each and include tax and gratuity.
