What safety measures are being taken for the Savor Sea Pines festival?
The Sea Pines Resort has a comprehensive COVID-19 Health and Safety Plan in place that covers everything from personal protective equipment for our employees to stringent and detailed resort-wide cleaning and sanitizing protocols. Attendance will be limited at each event and we’ll be conducting temperature checks of participants prior to admittance.
Have staff members received COVID-19 safety training?
As required by our COVID-19 Health and Safety Plan, all staff members have completed COVID-19 safety training and are required to wear gloves and face masks when working in public areas or in close proximity of other employees.
What social distancing measures will be taken at event venues?
Many of our Savor festival events will be held outdoors in wide, open areas. Those held indoors will take place in large, spacious venues like our Champions Ballroom to provide adequate space for social distancing.
Where can I buy tickets or make reservations?
Visit our website to be directed to Eventbrite or Resy. Please note that tickets are limited and may sell out.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
For some events, such as seated dinners, tickets must be purchased in advance. For others, like tastings, demos and classes, tickets can be purchased at the door as space allows.
What is the weather policy?
All events will take place rain or shine. Tickets are non-refundable.
Where can I park?
Parking is complimentary and available at the venue site.
Will I have to pay the Sea Pines gate fee to attend an event?
Guests purchasing tickets in advance will receive a complimentary gate pass into Sea Pines.
